Yes. You can manage your subscription directly from your account at any time. You can skip an upcoming delivery, pause your subscription, change your delivery frequency, or cancel whenever you want.
Should I choose delivery every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks?
Every 4 weeks is recommended for daily users, so your next refill arrives around the time your current bottle runs out.
If you use your formula less frequently, you can choose delivery every 8 weeks instead.
What happens if I still have formula left when my next refill is due?
No problem. You can simply skip your next delivery or change your delivery frequency from your subscription account.
Can I buy the refill without subscribing?
Absolutely. You can purchase a one-time refill for AED 119.
However, Refill Club members pay only AED 89 per refill and receive the additional benefits included with their membership.
