If incorrect details are provided at the time of placing the order, the company cannot guarantee that the products will reach their destination.
If the products are returned to the company due to incorrect details, the customer will be charged for shipping and handling fees.

The website management may change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion, without the user having any claims against it as a result.
Filling in all the required details for purchasing a product will be considered as placing an order by the customer.
Upon receiving the order, the website will verify the credit card details, and only after the order is approved by the credit card companies will the transaction be confirmed and the product shipped.
Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense, and anyone doing so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
The website management reserves the right not to approve an order from any customer for any reason, at its sole discretion.
We do our best to ensure that the products displayed on the website are in stock.
However, if the selected product is out of stock, you will receive a notification with an offer to purchase another product of a similar type and price.
If you choose to accept the offer, the updated details will be applied to your order; if you refuse, your order will be canceled and your card will not be charged.

2. Payment Methods
Cash On Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash On Delivery for all orders within the UAE.
A handling fee of 10 AED applies to all COD orders.
Payment will be collected in cash upon delivery.
Credit Card & Apple Pay
We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) and Apple Pay for all orders placed on our website.
3. Order Confirmation and Shipment
Confirmation Call or Text
Once your order is placed, our customer support team will contact you via call or text on the number provided to confirm the order details, shipping address, and total amount.
Delivery Timeframes
United Arab Emirates: 1–2 working days.
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait: 1–5 working days (estimated).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, regulatory inspections, or logistical constraints in the destination country.
4. International Shipping to GCC Countries
We deliver to all GCC countries including: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipments outside the UAE may experience delays due to:
Customs procedures
Local regulations
Weather conditions
Operational disruptions
Delays of up to 30 working days may occur in certain situations that are beyond our control.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded solely due to delivery delays within this 30-working-day period, as delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
We commit to keeping you updated should any unexpected delay occur, and we will actively coordinate with the shipping provider to minimize such occurrences.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking ID:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking ID for real-time updates.
Delivery Updates:
Our delivery partners may contact you to coordinate delivery time and location.
6. Failed Deliveries and Returns
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Customer unavailability at the provided address
- Failure to respond to delivery coordination calls or messages
The shipment will be returned to us.
In such cases:
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- An additional shipping fee and handling charges will apply for re-delivery.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed with re-delivery, the order may be cancelled at the company’s discretion. A refund will then be issued, excluding the shipping and handling fees incurred.

- Kuwait, Qatar, KSA, Oman: 30 AED
7. Force Majeure / Delivery Exceptions Policy
In situations beyond our control, including but not limited to war, political instability, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government restrictions, delivery timelines may be affected.
While we always strive to ensure successful delivery, Izabellofficial cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by such external circumstances.
In these cases:
1. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled or refunded due to delivery issues arising from these events
2. We will continue to coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and complete delivery where possible
